Job Title: Creditors Clerk<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Hartbeespoort , North West, South Africa
\nReference:<\/strong> # Creditors Clerk
\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n

Specification<\/strong>
\n\u2022The effective management of Creditors accounts daily and attending to all queries in a timeous and effective manner.
\n\u2022To provide a pro-active financial service and support to the company and its employees.
\n\u2022Generate suppliers\u2019 purchase orders.
\n\u2022All invoices must be signed off according to delegation of authority before payments can be done.
\n\u2022Monthly supplier reconciliations.
\n\u2022Petty cash must always balance and be up to date.
\n\u2022All remittances for payment must be approved by management.
\n\u2022Responsible for the stationery cupboard.
\n\u2022Create a folder on the server for each asset or group of assets.
\n\u2022All relevant documentation must be scanned and filed on the server; hardcopies must be filed in asset number order.
\n\u2022Payment to be done according to the suppliers\u2019 terms.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>
\n\u2022Grade 12 with Accounting.
\n\u2022Basic knowledge of Accounting.
\n\u2022Above average Excel skills.
\n\u2022At least 1 years\u2019 reconciliation experience.
\n\u2022Knowledge of VAT requirements will be beneficial.
\n\u2022Syspro experience will be advantageous.
\n\u2022Bilingual (English and Afrikaans).<\/p>\n
