\n\u2022Ensure that Ecowize delivers a food-safe site.
\n\u2022Attend monthly meetings with the Area Manager to discuss all aspects of the site such as progress reports, client feedback and team performance, aggregate hygiene reports, and budgets.
\n\u2022Use information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback.
\n\u2022Be accountable for the root cause analysis.
\n\u2022Conduct and report meetings with Supervisors and Team Leaders.
\n\u2022Managing of site budgets including stock control and monitoring of equipment, consumables, and uniforms. Compile a monthly financial report on the income (profit) and expenditure of the site.
\n\u2022Complete Operational documentation and procedures.
\n\u2022Utilize and maintain operational machinery, equipment, and technology.
\n\u2022Address staff issues with the supervisors and liaise with the HR department.
\n\u2022Manage individuals and team performance and identify any areas of improvement.
\n\u2022Manage the workplace\u2019s climate and culture and maintain a healthy work environment.
\n\u2022Coach and mentor staff and continuously develop their skills.
\n\u2022Ensure that timesheets and staff rosters are completed and stored.
\n\u2022Ensure that all Safety and Security policies and procedures are adhered to.
\n\u2022Make any recommendations to improve the process and maintenance of systems.
\n\u2022Deliver on customer satisfaction.
\n\u2022Ensure internal audits and follow-up audits are conducted.
\n\u2022Draft compliance reports for the various sites.
\n\u2022Raising non \u2013 conformances of micros out of specification and following up on NCR\u2019s
\n\u2022Liaising with clients and external suppliers.
\n\u2022Advise on any HR related queries as and when required.
\n\u2022Attend weekly Operations meeting for the region.
\n\u2022Coordinate disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings.
\n\u2022Collate Voice Scorecard reports on a quarterly basis.
\n\u2022Assist with recruitment for the region as the need arises.
\n\u2022Assist with coordinating training interventions at site level.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022ND Food Technology (advantageous).
\n\u2022High-level cleaning experience is advantageous.
\n\u2022Minimum 2 years experience within the Food Production Industry.
\n\u2022Previous experience in HR-related matters.
\n\u2022Previous experience with the Total Quality Management system would be advantageous.
\n\u2022Must have own reliable transport essential and willingness to travel.
\n\u2022Good command of the English Language.
\n\u2022Computer Literate.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Logical thinker as well as strategic and organized.
\n\u2022Ability to manage and delegate tasks and duties.
\n\u2022Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.
\n\u2022Ability to solve problems efficiently and to be pro-active in identifying potential problems.
