Our mission is to promote access to quality health and social services through innovations and technology. AQUITY\u2019s programmatic focus areas include HIV, TB, health systems strengthening, capacity development Orphans and Vulnerable Children as well as other interventions targeting key populations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programme and Vacancy overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AQUITY Innovations NPC has been appointed by the National Department of Health to serve as one of the GLOBAL FUND TB Sub-Recipients (SRs) in South Africa. The project activities will be implemented in Mpumalanga (Ehlanzeni district) and Eastern Cape provinces. (OR Tambo and Buffalo City Metro districts). As such we seek to employ the following:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Drivers x2 <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Mpumalanga (Ehlanzeni District) and Eastern Cape OR Tambo.<br \/>\n<strong>Remuneration:<\/strong>\u00a0Will be based on the government DPSA rate for similar positions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely and responsibly performing all official travel using project vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle maintenance including regular check-ups, cleanings, and fuelling.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining an accurate vehicle log.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the office to manage daily vehicle and trip scheduling as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate records and paperwork on all vehicle-related purchases and maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Providing safe transportation to and from locations for the project.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with all AQUITY Innovation and local driving laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Qualifications and requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Matric Certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of English.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent driving record.<\/li>\n<li>Valid South African code 10 driver\u2019s license + PDP.<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of work experience as a driver.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please send your CV and cover letter, indicating the position and district applied for, to<strong> <a href=\"mailto:info@aquity.org\">info@aquity.org<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong>\u00a06<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0May 2020.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AQUITY Innovations NPC, a Section 21 South African-based registered not-for-profit organization, was established in 2010.
