Job Title: Account Manager<\/strong> Main purpose of Job:<\/strong><\/p>\n Create and maintain reference sites that continue to use IsoMetrix or expand their use of IsoMetrix over time.<\/p>\n Primary responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n For your allocated live client accounts: Minimum qualification and experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022Matric The following would be an advantage: Must have a valid passport and be able to travel from time to time.<\/p>\n Personal attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022Must have strong communication and time management skills.

\n\u2022Interact with, and escalate to, the relevant strategic account manager when needed.<\/p>\n
\n\u20225 years\u2019 experience as an IsoMetrix or other GRC tool Support Consultant or similar role or
\n\u20225 years\u2019 experience with the IsoMetrix product or
\n\u20225 years\u2019 experience in one or more of the domains that IsoMetrix supports e.g. HSE, ERM or
\nSustainability management<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Experience as a Business Analyst
\n\u2022Experience as a Support Consultant \/ Customer Success Consultant
\n\u2022Can speak Spanish<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Energetic, self-driven person
\n\u2022Positive attitude, team player and hard worker.
\n\u2022Someone who can stay calm under pressure and has an ability to multitask
\n\u2022Passion for software systems and a quick learner
\n\u2022Good documentation skills<\/p>\n
