mothers2mothers (m2m) is an Africa-based NGO that unlocks the potential of women to eliminate paediatric AIDS and create healthy families across\u00a0eight sub-Saharan African\u00a0countries. m2m trains, employs, and helps empower HIV-positive women to work as community healthcare workers in understaffed health centres and underserved communities. Through a peer-to-peer approach, these \u2018Mentor Mothers\u2019 deliver a range of health services, advice, and support to women and their families. Started in Cape Town, South Africa in 2001 with an initial focus on preventing mother-to-child transmission of HIV, m2m has innovated and built on its\u00a0strengths and now provides\u00a0family-centred support for a range of related health and social issues spanning pregnancy, birth, childhood, and adolescence.<\/p>\n

It\u00a0also partners with governments and other NGOs on the adoption of its programme to spread the Mentor Mother Model and its benefits. m2m has a track record of scaling its services and proven impact. Job Title:\u00a0 Data Quality Assistants <\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Mbombela<\/p>\n

The DQA will serve as a district-based M&E lead and integrated team member.\u00a0This position will be responsible for strategic information-related activities, including adherence to data quality standards, and strengthening of systems and procedures that improve data and service quality for the project and PEPFAR overall. His\/her key performance areas will be related to implementation of data review\/ monitoring processes, refining analytics, improving reporting systems and ensuring application of data-driven learning. The DQA will co-lead efforts, with the District Coordinator, and will work closely with our frontline workers\u00a0 to strengthen their capacities for documentation, quality assurance, and analysis of performance. The DQA will report to the SI manager and will be based in the Mpumalanga Province (in one of our three district offices located in Nelspruit, Ermelo, or Witbank).<\/p>\n
