Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n The JD\u00a0Group Birthing Talent Strategy is aimed at ensuring a consistent approach of talent in order to meet future needs by targeting students through the Bursary Programmes. The Bursary Programme is a year-long developmental programme which builds and optimises talent capacity through learning and developmental practices and opportunities.<\/p>\n During the course of bursary students\u2019 studies, students are coached, developed and given the opportunity to gain structured work experience.<\/p>\n Selection Process<\/strong><\/p>\n Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Candidates who meet the requirements will be invited for a one-on-one screening interview.<\/p>\n Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a role-play case study assessment exercise<\/p>\n Step 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Then further shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the selected stakeholders. This interview will take place inform of a panel interview<\/p>\n Step 4:<\/strong>\u00a0Then successful shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a leadership assessment.<\/p>\n Step 5:<\/strong>\u00a0Offers will be made to successful candidates who will be invited to sign the necessary documents.<\/p>\n Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n The JD Group Bursary Programme calls for applications from individuals who are studying towards a Bachelor or a National Diploma qualification.
