SynergERP is looking for a strong Business Development Manager that is results driven and a self-starter for our UK branch – you must be able to work independently. We\u2019re looking for someone dynamic and passionate about learning new software solutions that enable upper mid-market companies achieve financial and operational excellence.<\/p>\n
It is important that you have experience in working with C-Level Decision Makers and can identify and understand a customer\u2019s problem and how to position a solution. You need to be confident and love getting in front of clients to generate new sales for the organisation and achieve allocated targets and activity related metrics.<\/p>\n

\nCustomer research and profiling
\n\u2022Understand the SynergERP and software value proposition
\n\u2022Identify clients that would be a vertical and target market fit
\n\u2022Be able to sell a solution and not a product
\n\u2022Build and maintain a pipeline \u2013 generate a minimum of 10 new appointments per month or however many required to achieve the prescribed SQO
\n\u2022Maintain CRM and additional reporting requirements<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Schedule appointments with C-suite Decision Makers
\n\u2022Overcome obstacles in reaching the C-suite
\n\u2022Cold calling and leveraging off different mediums, including but not limited to LinkedIn, networking, attending conferences and events, securing referrals
\n\u2022Build and maintain a pipeline \u2013 generate a minimum of 4 SQO per month (Self-Generated)
\n\u2022Maintain CRM and additional reporting requirements
\nTask and process management
\n\u2022Follow the prescribed SynergERP sales methodology
\n\u2022Manage internal and external stakeholders
\n\u2022Present and articulate the value proposition
\n\u2022Get buy-in from the client to adopt the sales methodology

\n\u2022Pre-empt and manage objections
\n\u2022Understand the clients buying and decision-making process and manage both internal and external expectations
\n\u2022Obtain & asses pricing for reasonability and accuracy
\n\u2022Prepare professional & detailed tailored proposals<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Become a trusted advisor to clients
\n\u2022Know when to leverage off internal stakeholders
\n\u2022Educate the client throughout the process
\n\u2022Provide content, resources and tools required for the client to make an informed decision
\n\u2022Maintain a good relationship with SynergERP\u2019s business partners<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a similar field
\n\u2022Experience in dealing with C-suite decision makers at large organisations
\n\u2022Experience in solution selling
\n\u2022Experience in presenting at all levels of a business
\n\u2022Finance, ERP or software sales experience (preferred)
\n\u2022At least 3 years\u2019 experience in upper mid-market sales
\n\u2022Ability to work independently and self-motivated
