The JD Group Birthing Talent Strategy is aimed at ensuring a consistent approach of talent in order to meet future needs by\u00a0targeting students through\u00a0the\u00a0Graduate Programmes. The Graduate Programme is a year-long developmental Programme which builds and optimizes talent capacity through learning and developmental practices and opportunities<\/p>\n
The\u00a0HR Graduate Programme specifically attracts high-potential graduates. For one year they are placed in a role that leverages their career aspirations, areas of expertise and capability.<\/p>\n
Selection process<\/strong><\/p>\n Step 1<\/strong>: Candidates who meet the requirements will be invited for a one-on-one screening interview.<\/p>\n Step 2<\/strong>: Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a role-play case study assessment exercise<\/p>\n Step 3<\/strong>: Then further shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with the selected stakeholders.
