We are focused on research, support and implementing integrated approaches to managing TB and HIV.<\/p>\n<p>The following positions have become available as part of the Technical Support projects and you are welcome to apply should you meet the requirements of the position.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Quality Improvement Coach (TS\/QICX1\/NM)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Ditsobotla, North West, South Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Reference:<\/strong> # TS\/QICX1\/NM (NgakaModiriMolema)<br \/>\n<strong>Contract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Salary:<\/strong> Market Related<\/p>\n<p>Job Functions Quality Control<br \/>\nIndustries Ngo \/ Non-Profit<\/p>\n<p><strong>Specification<\/strong><br \/>\nProvide on-site and hands on QI coaching to mentors and area managers as well as assist in the coordination and management of all QI projects within a district<\/p>\n<p><strong>YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:<\/strong><br \/>\nQuality Improvement<br \/>\n\u2022Assist staff with developing knowledge and skill in QI methodology<br \/>\n\u2022QI site visit scheduling, coordination and oversight<br \/>\n\u2022Conducting Learning Sessions and cluster meetings<br \/>\n\u2022Utilising DHIS\/TIER.net data to inform and design QI initiatives<br \/>\n\u2022Documenting the change package for all Aurum supported districts<br \/>\n\u2022Documenting and distributing QI success stories<br \/>\n\u2022Develop monthly reports for Aurum<br \/>\n\u2022Lead sub district prototype projects<\/p>\n<p><strong>Human Capital Management<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Developing QI capacity among Aurum staff, area managers and Quality Improvement Facilitators<br \/>\n\u2022Continual self-development and keeping up to date with latest developments in the field<br \/>\n\u2022Conducting ongoing feed-back session with mentors and managers<\/p>\n<p><strong>General<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders<br \/>\n\u2022Continuous communication with management where necessary and relevant<br \/>\n\u2022Assisting at Cluster Meetings<br \/>\n\u2022Attending meetings relevant to QI<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nQualification \/ Professional Membership<br \/>\n\u2022A minimum NQF level 6 relevant qualification<br \/>\n\u2022A certificate in QI training will be advantageous<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Experience<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022At least two years\u2019 experience in improvement methodology or process engineering, LEAN or Six Sigma<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, and routine database activity, word processing, spread sheet, graphics.<br \/>\n\u2022Computer literate: Efficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS, STATA and spreadsheet application<br \/>\n\u2022Demonstrate knowledge of synthesizing information and presentation, knowledge of evaluation designs in HIV programs<br \/>\n\u2022Must have own car and valid driver\u2019s license, and be willing to travel<\/p>\n<p>Whilst all applications will be carefully considered, only short-listed applicants will be interviewed.
