The auxiliary mandate of SARCS as stipulated in the Red Cross Act, demands that it plays a pivotal role in complimenting Governments efforts in Disaster management, Social Services\u00a0\u00a0 and Health Services.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 1.5em 0px; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\">The SARCS service provision aims at preventing and alleviating human suffering, protecting life and health, and restoring the dignity of the most vulnerable communities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 1.5em 0px; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\">\n<strong>Job Title: <\/strong><strong>Human Capital Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>PRETORIA<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 1.5em 0px; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 1.5em 0px; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\">The Human Capital Coordinator will be responsible for the effective design, development and implementation of human resources policies, strategies and systems aligned to strategic objective.\u00a0Specific duties include workforce planning, recruitment &amp; selection, training &amp; development, and performance management system. The Human Capital Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the society\u2019s human resources department.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 1.5em 0px; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 1.5em 0px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 30px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\">\n<li>To restructure and strengthen the human resource and records management system of the Society.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement Human Resources procedures aimed at enhancing workplace relations to gain employee commitment, improve morale and ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.<\/li>\n<li>Confer with relevant government agencies and professional bodies on the interpretation and application of the Society\u2019s employment terms and conditions of employment to ensure compliance with statutory requirements<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of job descriptions and competency profiles in consultation with supervisors to facilitate staff recruitment and selection.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process to ensure recruitment of qualified and competent human resources comprising professional, technical and supporting staff<\/li>\n<li>Develop and coordinate the implementation of staff induction and on-the-job orientation programmes aimed at providing new staff with relevant information about the technical and social aspects of their work<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the implementation of the Performance Management System and ensure that individual and work-team performance is continuously monitored<\/li>\n<li>Oversee proper maintenance, storage and security of staff records to ensure integrity of data and information related to human resources management<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate resolution of employee grievances and disciplinary cases and assist employees to find satisfactory solutions to personal problems through counselling services<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the support service of the Society and supervise all administrative staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 1.5em 0px; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>SKILLS\u00a0AND COMPETENCIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin: 1.5em 0px; padding: 0px 0px 0px 30px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\">\n<li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills (Word and spreadsheets)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of payrolls systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 1.5em 0px; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\nDegree in Human\u00a0Resources\u00a0Management, Business Administration or related field<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE<\/strong><br \/>\nMinimum of five years\u2019 work experience.<br \/>\nA valid driver\u2019s license is a requirement<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 1.5em 0px; color: #343434; line-height: 17px; font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>REMUNERATION:\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nCommensurate with qualifications and experience<br
