\nResponsible for the ongoing analysis of health care information, obtained from a variety of sources in all data collection and analysis activities to help ensure accountability and efficiency from start to finish for all programmes and projects, both new and established throughout the Company.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Strategizing: To improve counseling activities & to develop, implement and monitor a defaulter tracing system
\n\u2022Counselling: Plan, develop and organize counselling to counselling staff. Ensures that sessions with patients are done and followed up
\nregularly and to collaborate with the Club coordinator for the implementation of Adherence clubs\/Support Groups and to identify gaps in
\ncounselling and recommends and execute appropriate actions according to the needs.
\n\u2022Team management: Coordinate and supervise the work of the Counsellors in the different sites. To promote communication and active
\nparticipation of all counselling staff in the project and promotes Aurum values and philosophy, to facilitate the exchange of information
\namong the team in the project & to arrange and facilitate regular counselling meetings experience sharing and feedback..
\n\u2022Data Collection and reporting: Ensure that all client information is documented correctly by counsellors and to compile on a weekly and
\nmonthly basis all counsellor data and undertake analysis of the data reports, to identify any problems and to suggest feasible solutions.
\n\u2022Oversee that all staff have the necessary tools, equipment and material for effective productivity
\n\u2022Manage staff performance
\n\u2022Attend to complaints and take corrective action
\n\u2022Keep staff informed of the development in Aurum and report activities and outcomes to the Professional Nurse on the Project\/Project
\nManager<\/p>\n
\nQualification\/Professional Membership:
\n\u2022High school diploma \/ Grade 12 or equivalent
\n\u2022Basic counselling skills certificate (NQF Level 4 (of equivalent)
\n\u2022HIV\/AIDS Counselling and Testing Certificate<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Debriefer certificate
\n\u2022Trauma certificate<\/p>\n
\n\u20223 years HIV counselling and testing experience
\n\u2022Community mobilization and health education experience
\n\u2022RTQII knowledge<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Basic knowledge or training in general or project management
\n\u2022Basic computer skills
\n\u2022Good communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022Located in the specific sub-district to visit all clinics on weekly basis
\nAdvantageous
\n\u2022Valid Driver\u2019s Licence
\n\u2022Own Vehicle
\n\u2022Based in Vredendal, Western Cape<\/p>\n
