\n\u2022Produce a Sales plan that demonstrates how to identify ,develop and manage prospects
\n\u2022Underwrite and accept risks within delegated authority to achieve effective implementation of business
\n\u2022Grow and retain Bryte Sales target to ensure the GWP and profitability targets are met
\n\u2022Track Productivity levels
\n\u2022Deliver and enhance the highest level of client satisfaction by working with brokers to map and determine their business needs in delivering
\nsuperior client service
\n\u2022Strategically analyse the Brokers business plan and develop future business opportunities
\n\u2022Develop the Broker panel whereby the Business Development Growth targets are achieved through influence and persuasions.
\n\u2022Ensure that technical and operational underwriting standards, procedures and controls are complied with
\n\u2022Implement agreed underwriting measures to attain targeted loss ratios and rates
\n\u2022Ensure adherence to the Regional Teams Sales plan<\/p>\n
