The above vacancy exists at South African Express Airways. Applications are invited from suitable candidates to the above position.<\/p>\n

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n

\u2022\tManage and supervise CSA\u2019s and General Workers
\n\u2022\tMonitoring processes and systems to ensure smooth running of delays, cancellations, re-route and over booked flight procedures
\n\u2022\tMonitoring processes and systems to ensure On-Time Performance (OTP)
\n\u2022\tGeneral Office Admin
\n\u2022\tManage relationships with travel agencies
\n\u2022\tAble to stand in when manager is on leave<\/p>\n

KEY REQUIREMENTS
\n\u2022\tMust have minimum Matric
\n\u2022\tKnowledge of Amadeus \/ RTB DCS
\n\u2022\t Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
\n\u2022\tComputer Literate
\n\u2022\tWillingness and ability to be multi-skilled
\n\u2022\tBe able to work under pressure
\n\u2022\tBe able to work shifts
\n\u2022\tCustomer orientated
\n\u2022\tService orientated
\n\u2022\tProblem solving skills
\n\u2022\tInterpersonal skills
\n\u2022\tProactive in all facets of the job
\n\u2022\tHave sound knowledge of managing people and all aspects of the operation, including, but not limited to reservations, check-in procedures, tarmac procedures, load and trim and lost property.<\/p>\n
