\n\u2022Guide team to implement campaigns for sales and customer education at designated sites.
\n\u2022Direct the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly clearly stated campaign targets.
\n\u2022Resolve obstacles to enable high-performance on net sales for each team member.
\n\u2022Ensure the smooth running of education campaigns and sales processes at designated.
\n\u2022Ensure consistent compliance to company policies, corporate governance and relevant legislation.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Set performance targets in line with company objectives and review KPI\u2019s accordingly.
\n\u2022Provide requisite coaching, positive support and appropriate motivation.
\n\u2022Effective transfer of technical knowledge.
\n\u2022Ensures that performance management occurs according to Bryte\u2019s cycle.
\n\u2022Manage the activity calendar of the team in coordination with other team leaders.
\n\u2022Implement measures to address underperformance such as missing targets, re-works, etc
\n\u2022Ensure team members are available, punctual and presentable to participate in Bryte campaigns at the allocated sites.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Prioritize and manage workload to ensure adherence to SLAs.
\n\u2022Engage Manager on the resolution of escalated queries or complaints.
\n\u2022Resolve referred queries or complaints, ensure efficient and complaint resolutions.
\n\u2022Represent the organization through maintaining high levels of professionalism and service excellence<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Summarize statistics on a weekly and monthly basis and forward to Manager on a monthly basis.<\/p>\n
\n\u20222-3 years\u2019 experience as a sales team leader
\n\u20223-5 years of sales experience in +insurance industry
\n\u2022FAIS and RE 5 qualifications<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements.
\n\u2022Good technical knowledge and understanding of sales and underwriting principles.
\n\u2022Sound knowledge of Bryte Life South Africa and its business strategy and objectives.
\n\u2022Experience with portfolio growth.
\n\u2022Knowledge of Bryte Group organizational structure
\n\u2022Knowledge and understanding of relevant Bryte Insurance policies, processes and procedures
