Job Title: Executive Dean<\/strong> MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:<\/strong><\/p>\n Aligned to group strategy, the Executive Dean is responsible for the General Management of the Academic Portfolio of the Educor business. Through the provision of strong academic operational acumen and management, the Executive Dean drives Integrated Quality Enhancement throughout the group\u2019s academic structures and staffing while assuming responsibility for Academic Governance; Programme and Institutional Accreditation; Regulatory Compliance; and Curriculum Development and Delivery. The Executive Dean leads a team of Deans across all aspects of Faculty and Programme Development; Teaching and Learning; Research and Institutional Planning; and in so doing manages the tactical implementation of academic strategy at each brand. \n\u2022Experience in the design, development and accreditation of new programmes
\n\u2022In depth knowledge of Education and Training legislature framework
\n\u2022Experience in dealing with regulatory affairs and academic quality assurance processes within a higher education environment.
\n\u2022A proven teaching and research portfolio with curriculum development and assessment design experience.
\n\u2022Risk management, communication and business acumen skills
\n\u2022High level of competency in MS Offices, particularly Word, Excel<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n\u2022Analytical and quantitative skills appropriate to the management of measures of student success and learning analytics.
\n\u2022The ability to plan, manage and implement change effectively.
\n\u2022Ability to lead and to manage projects to agreed deadlines.
\n\u2022An understanding of the principles and practice of policy and operational development, implementation and evaluation.
\n\u2022Proven ability to drive policy and improve quality.
\n\u2022Extensive knowledge of innovative Teaching and Learning modalities
\n\u2022Extensive knowledge and experience of developing pedagogic practice; and
