\n\u2022The Delivery Manager has full accountability for the end-to-end design \/ implementation of these core business processes.
\n\u2022The domain knowledge is the basis for the long-term product development road-map but the delivery remains agile on a daily basis.
\n\u2022Will be responsible for all the initiatives within the Digital service domain.
\n\u2022Manages the direction for teams responsible for planning, designing, developing, delivering and operating the business and customers; provides management direction and supervision for teams delivering solutions;
\n\u2022Responsible for developing and running agile based work teams with the intent of delivering business value in every sprint;
\n\u2022Builds and sustains a trustworthy relationship across the digital organisation; Sets overall guidelines and performance measurements for digital domain;
\n\u2022Leads business technology planning for assigned business domains\/divisions in a highly technical and strategic area;
\n\u2022Leads management activities and initiatives at the subdivision level and may direct management initiatives at the division level;
\n\u2022Provides both business and technical leadership and vision, and leads the development of standards and decisions regarding changes to systems\/applications;
\n\u2022Assists in creating an integrated digital and information technology strategy \/plan to support multiple business unit strategies, which may include analysing new emerging technologies and translating implications of the new technology into an effective integrated IT strategy for multiple business units;
\n\u2022Provides fact-based reporting of results; is measured to delivery of digital initiatives (scope, schedule and budget), and the business results including adoption, revenue growth, customer experience and cost efficiency targets;<\/p>\n
\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with six to eight years of relevant technical or business experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;
\nFour years\u2019 experience as a leading initiatives\/solutions architecture;
\nDemonstrated ability to launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time and within budget;
\nExperience in KYC;
\nExperience leading a team; attention to detail and organization skills; ability to utilize metrics and data to improve service quality and team performance;<\/p>\n
