Job Title: ICT Process Engineer<\/strong>

 <\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Develop, configure and optimise industrial processes from inception through to start up and completion
\n\u2022Assess current processes, take measurements and interpret data
\n\u2022Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
\n\u2022Perform process simulations
\n\u2022Perform risk assessments
\n\u2022Provide process documentation of operating systems
\n\u2022Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes
\n\u2022Determine the organisation and setup of operations
\n\u2022Create and develop new procedures and processes
\n\u2022Collect data for analysis to uncover areas for improvements and innovation
\n\u2022Analyse, evaluate, and test new and existing processes
\n\u2022Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures
\n\u2022Examine existing processes and suggest improvements
\n\u2022Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
\n\u2022Write reports to document all process changes
\n\u2022Clearly communicate ideas and findings to management and colleagues
\n\u2022Assist teams in carrying out implementation of the procedures you design
\n\u2022Persuade others\u2014clients or executives\u2014to implement the process modifications and new approaches you devise<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business or related discipline
\n\u2022Diploma in Business Analysis \u2013 IIBA Endorsed, TOGAF, and or BABOK
\n\u2022Advanced process engineering highly desirable<\/p>\n

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u20226-8 years relevant proven continuous improvement experience
\n\u2022Strong interpersonal skills
\n\u2022Ability to work well independently and with a team
\n\u2022Have experience with cycle implementations
\n\u2022Has performed several business cases
\n\u2022Understands the business process library requirements<\/p>\n

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\u2022Very good Communication Skills
\n\u2022Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\u2022Quality Assurance Skills
\n\u2022Worked in modernising applications \u2013 advantage.<\/p>\n
