Job Title: Accounts Supervisor (Damelin Menlyn)<\/strong> JOB DESCRIPTION:<\/strong><\/p>\n To provide leadership to Debtors and Account Clerks and to ensure that the function operates efficiently, effectively and within legislative guidelines.<\/p>\n MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022To provide Leadership and direction to Debtors and Account clerks. \n\u2022Manage performance and development of staff.
\n\u2022Achieved the agreed target collections.
\n\u2022Accurately and timeous processing of recons.
\n\u2022Ensuring zero instances of policy violations.
\n\u2022DAA Analysis and receipt recons to be completed on the 2nd working day of the month for the previous month.
\n\u2022Invoices for to be submitted timeously to head office.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Staff supervision<\/p>\n
\n2.2 years\u2019 work experience within a Supervising Role
\n3.5 years\u2019 work experience in Debtors and Finance
\n4.Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel
\n5.Strong debt collecting skills.
\n6.Experience in dealing with creditors.<\/p>\n
\n2.Time management skills
\n3.Good Interpersonal skills
\n4.Good communication skills
\n5.Able to work in a team.<\/p>\n
