This includes driving revenue and ensuring customer and partner satisfaction and loyalty across CS accounts within the Area, as well as identifying and developing strategic alliances and partnerships with leading communications companies. Manages the CS sales team in a matrixed environment to carry out the strategic and tactical objectives. <!--more-->Builds and executes the plan for resource allocation (people and dollars) in accordance with the sales model and strategy. Ensures coordination and collaboration at the Area, global and corporate levels to achieve the growth, revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.<\/p>\n<div>\nDrives segment sales initiatives and is accountable for segment revenues via sales quotas.
