\n\u2022Understand what the business requirements are and translate these to good efficient and effective transactional support.
\n\u2022Provide sound financial and clear advice. Communicate findings to the team.
\n\u2022Daily, weekly and monthly assessment reports and to make recommendations.
\n\u2022Assist by answering queries daily.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Ensure effective management of the team.
\n\u2022Responsible for the shared services process and meeting deadlines.
\n\u2022Maintain good working relationships within the finance teams and operations team.
\n\u2022Ensure clear communications to the financial team and operations team.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Constant review of people’s development.
\n\u2022Consider additional training where required.
\n\u2022Identify potential individuals and develop of a career plan to ensure retention and promotion.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Manage all aspects of new contract order entry including approval, electronic filing, and set up. Ensure communicated to all parties.
\n\u2022Ensure all financial contract addendums or changes are implemented (including annual increase).
\n\u2022Manage full invoice function.
\n\u2022Ensure all invoicing processing for the applicable month is completed by required deadlines.
\n\u2022Effective management to reduce errors and disputes.
\n\u2022Manage the collections teams including setting targets, tracking, and analysis of results.
\n\u2022Ensure the dispute function is well managed and communication is clear between shared services and the operations.
\n\u2022Ensure the cashbook function is completed timely.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Continuously work on improvements in the transactional and operations business process.
\n\u2022Review all business systems (finance and operations) for innovation and improvement.
\n\u2022Develop and report targets to reduce these manual functions and processes.
\n\u2022Responsible for the measurement of results.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Must have min 5 years’ experience in the management of a collections team.
\n\u2022General business exposure is essential.
\n\u2022Previous experience in change management will be an advantage.
\n\u2022Previous experience working in an operations environment is required.
\n\u2022Degree in Financial Management is essential.
\n\u2022Accpac (Sage 300) will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Excellent communicator both verbally and written.
\n\u2022Ability to manage and delegate tasks and duties to a large finance team.
\n\u2022Good understanding and knowledge of the cleaning industry and service orientated.
\n\u2022Must be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values; Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Teamwork, Accountability, Open Communication, and Service Excellence.<\/p>\n
