\n\u2022Cross selling of all add on products
\n\u2022Receive inbound calls and pro-actively make outbound calls to customers (relating Hippo.co.za medical insurance offerings) to enable achievement of Key Performance Indicators
\n\u2022Reviewing existing clients\u2019 policy with the aim of improving their benefits.
\n\u2022Retaining clients by providing them with feedback on their products.
\n\u2022Delivering efficient customer service levels through effective call management
\n\u2022Consultants are responsible for performance in the following Key<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Roster Adherence
\n\u2022Daily Sales Targets
\n\u2022manage dials and Talk-Time \u2013 practically demonstrate effort in work ethic through active dialling engaging with clients.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Excellent verbal command of the English Language
\n\u2022Strong understand of the sales process and sales techniques
\n\u2022A strong attention to detail
\n\u2022Matric \/ SAQA accredited qualification*
\n\u2022RE-5 and 120 FAIS Credits (advantageous)
\n\u2022At least 12 months Sales experience in a Call Centre environment financial\/Medical aid Retentions and Upselling services industry.<\/p>\n
