The successful incumbent will contributes to the HIPPO business goals by delivering support and administrative functions to both internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve business objectives.<\/p>\n

Job Title: Account Administrator <\/strong> Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to all internal and external parties based on agreed categories (performance per Requirements<\/strong> *SAQA Accredited Equivalent -It is the onus of the applicant to provide TIH and its subsidiaries with certified evidence that their qualification(s) meet the equivalent NQF level required for this role at time of application.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Drive the implementation process between the IT department and the Account Manager to ensure accuracy and alignment in
\nterms of the product requirements.
\n\u2022Ensure continuous communication and feedback between all relevant stakeholders in terms of the implementation process.
\n\u2022Brief development team on all projects and enhancements.
\n\u2022Ensure continuous testing of all related products on the Hippo website.
\n\u2022Ensure that all relevant parties are kept informed in terms of implementation dates of any changes required by partners to their
\nproducts or pricing.
\n\u2022Ensure that the partner\/s receive accurate reports on monthly contacts generated for invoicing purposes.
\n\u2022Ensure that both departmental and partner\/s adhere to financial cut off dates.
\n\u2022Confirm, compile and submit a report to the internal finance department which includes the figures agreed upon.
\n\u2022Upon receiving invoices from the internal finance department, ensure accuracy of information displayed on the invoice.
\n\u2022Ensure that all invoices and statements are sent to external partners.
\n\u2022Manage and resolve partner queries relating to general product performance, monthly invoicing and statements, new products
\nand product enhancements.
\n\u2022Leverage all available information from our partners, the industry, and internally to ensure we are constantly reviewing our
\ndepartmental processes, systems and
\n\u2022protocols with a view to improve efficiencies.
\n\u2022Analyzing current performance inhibitors and finding solutions to ensure business continuity.<\/p>\n
\nEducation & Experience Requirements:
\n\u2022Grade 12 \/ Matric (essential)
\n\u20222-3 years working experience in an administrative capacity (essential)
\n\u20221-2 years invoicing experience (essential)
\n\u2022Strong Excel Skills (essential)
\n\u2022Strong written and verbal communication skills (essential)
\n\u2022Strong attention to detail and understanding of general business principles (essential)<\/p>\n
