Consultant\u00a0Engagement<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>South Africa and be Virtual &amp; Flexitime<br \/>\n<strong>Start Date:<\/strong> 3rd August 2020<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Initial 12 months subject to funding\u00a0and monthly deliverables being met.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of this position is find a person\u00a0to strengthen the project coordination capacity on one of its current projects focused on COVID-19 Research and Advocacy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Director Support:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee efficient daily operations of the project in partnership with the Director<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the production and updating of an online calendar that captures key and strategic upcoming events, opportunities and platforms to advance the work of the platform &#8211; including ensuring project team participation in those events<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all high level partnership engagements with the Director<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate, document and archive all weekly\/monthly team meetings<\/li>\n<li>Serve as main operational liaison with project financial management team to ensure regular submission of any reporting or compliance documentation<\/li>\n<li>Collate monthly team reports<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all project admin<\/li>\n<li>Pursue existing and identify new and strategic partners in partnership with Director<\/li>\n<li>Generate first drafts of a wide range of documents on an ongoing basis<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance (and establishment) of all key wordpress sites<\/li>\n<li>Any other support required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Social Media &amp; Other Content Production :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>General:\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule, confirm and support the weekly webinar series<\/li>\n<li>Work with TA providers and sector partners to rapidly produce high quality, editorial\u00a0content for all media platforms<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that this content is linked to the Social Media team to maintain uniformity and\u00a0cross cutting coverage of content<\/li>\n<li>Logic check all project websites and social media platforms on an ad hoc basis to\u00a0ensure relevance and functionality<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the growth of the online global platform and the whatsapp based national\u00a0platform through strategic partnerships and alliances<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Podcast &amp;
