Pact, an International NGO based in Pretoria, seeks to employ an experienced Grants and Contracts Manager, to join the USAID- funded Government Capacity Building Support Program (GCBS).<\/p>\n

Job Title: GRANTS AND CONTRACTS MANAGER<\/strong>
\nLocation: Position Summary<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

The Grants and Contracts Manager (GCM) is responsible for the efficient and effective management and administration of prime awards with U.S. Government and non-U.S. Government donors.\u00a0The GCM will be responsible for sub award management, administration, contracting and procurement activities within the contracts department. \u00a0She\/He will work closely with the Pact Country Office team providing regulatory technical and compliance support, assessment and mitigation of business risks, and enforcement of Pact\u2019s policies and procedures. The GCM also serves as a technical resource to Pact staff in interpreting donor rules and regulations and acts as a primary point of contact for contractual discussions and negotiations with sub award recipients.\u00a0Tasks will include but not limited to development of Request for Proposals (RFP), issuing of agreements to close out of the Subawards. The GCM reports to the Deputy Chief of Party.<\/p>\n
