\n\u2022Drafting legal documents, including opinions, memoranda.
\n\u2022Advising on legal nature of commercial transactions.
\n\u2022Advising on, and giving effect to, corporate structures and restructuring.
\n\u2022Compiling legal risk registers and legal due diligences.
\n\u2022Private law matters (Wills & Estates) and Trusts.
\n\u2022Providing overall legal and administrative support to the Head of Legal.
\n\u2022Strengthen relationships of existing client portfolio and build effective relationships with clients.
\n\u2022Business Development.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022LLB Degree (Essential).
\n\u2022Post-graduate Privacy Law Qualification\/Training.
\n\u2022Admitted as an attorney (advantageous).<\/p>\n
\n\u20223-5 years\u2019 experience in a corporate commercial environment, either in-house or at a reputable law firm.
\n\u2022Assessing, advising on and implementation of data privacy measures.
\n\u2022Drafting and negotiating of commercial agreements.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Excellent language and communication skills.
\n\u2022A Commercial, proactive and business-like mind-set.
\n\u2022Ability to establish a high degree of credibility, respect and trust at all levels, including with senior management.
\n\u2022Ability to work with a diverse workforce.
\n\u2022Computer Literacy.
\n\u2022Attention to detail.
\n\u2022Good drafting skills.
