 <\/p>\n

Purpose of the job:<\/strong>
\nTo identify and provide Barberton Mines (Pty) Limited with relevant Human Resource Management interventions which will assist the organisation to attain its objectives.<\/p>\n

Main Role Outcomes:<\/strong>
\n\u2022To identify and provide relevant Human Resource interventions which will assist the organization to attain its objectives.
\n\u2022Ensure the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (Act No.29 of 1996) safety and health standards are maintained.
\n\u2022Ensure and enabling organisational climate\/culture.
\n\u2022Manage labour stability by implementing appropriate labour management practices.
\n\u2022Manage performance against set targets and competencies.
\n\u2022Conduct career discussions and implement actions with all identified talent.
\n\u2022Ensure discipline is maintained within the organisation.
\n\u2022Provide Coaching and counselling to people to ensure improved performance levels.
\n\u2022Conduct recruitment interviews.
\n\u2022Customer Relations.
\n\u2022Manage Recruitment, Selection and Assessment processes.
\n\u2022Ensure that relevant HR Policies, Procedures and Systems are implemented and adhered to.
\n\u2022Employee Retention.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Degree or Technikon Diploma in Human Resources.
\n\u2022At least 7 years general HR experience.
\n\u20225 years HR Management experience on management level within the Mining Industry.
\n\u2022Sage 300 People experience would be advantageous.
\n\u2022Experience in SACO Time and Attendance System.<\/p>\n
