\nQuality Improvement:
\n\u2022Provide quality improvement technical support by:
\n\uf0fcAnalysing and interpreting data to identify opportunities for improvement
\n\uf0fcDesign, develop and monitor improvement projects at district, sub-district and facility level
\n\uf0fcCreate a vision for quality improvement within Aurum and other various stakeholders
\n\uf0fcCapacity building for quality improvement within Aurum and other various stakeholders
\n\uf0fcLead and coordinate change initiatives
\n\uf0fcAnalyzing data for reporting and project design purposes
\n\u2022Assist in implementation of Quality Improvement activities by working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to identify gaps in service delivery and to identify and set improvement priorities
\n\u2022Continuous report writing, recordkeeping of all working procedures, identification of gaps, development and implementation of new procedures and standards
\n\u2022Follow-up on the implementation of changes and comment on improvements, ensure continuous improvement
\n\u2022Guiding and directing stakeholders in the development, implementation and measuring of quality improvement initiatives<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Provide formal mentoring to relevant stakeholders to ensure skills transfer regarding quality improvement
\n\u2022Facilitate learning sessions and Quality Improvement training on a regular basis
\n\u2022Capacitate the Quality Improvement coaches and manage their function accordingly.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Liaise with all Internal Customers and External Customers and Suppliers when necessary towards the achievement of organizational and departmental goals
\n\u2022Form and maintain close working relationships with various specialists within Aurum and other organizations to ensure appropriateness and correctness
\n\u2022Represent Aurum at organisational and external stakeholder meetings<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures according to prescribed procedures and legislation.
\n\u2022Report all unsafe activities to Senior Management\/Human Resources.

\nQualification \/ Professional Membership
\n\u2022An appropriate degree in Health, Public Health, Management or related field
\n\u2022Quality Improvement Advisor qualification will be advantageous<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Significant experience in working with the department of health
\n\u2022Should have significant previous experience and technical knowledge of quality improvement
\n\u2022At least 2 years\u2019 experience in systems design, management and analysis<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Ability to read, analyse, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
\n\u2022Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
