\nThe Role:
\nWe are looking for enthusiastic and charismatic individuals to be the voice of Groupon to our subscribers. As the first point of contact, we are sending out a call to patient, resourceful, charming, and efficient problem-solvers who strive to provide the only the best customer experience. The position entails phone and email communication with our current and future subscribers, thus playing a vital role in affecting the reputation of Groupon.
\nKey responsibilities:
\n\u2022Taking customer queries via telephone and email and providing an appropriate response
\n\u2022Responding to customer queries and complaints using an appropriate communication method
\n\u2022Taking ownership for queries and complaints from first contact to resolution
\n\u2022Completing relevant administration to document customer enquiries and complaints
\n\u2022Treating our subscribers and future subscribers like royalty
\n\u2022Provide top notch customer support that leaves the consumer happy and satisfied

\nSkills Requirements:

\n\u2022Fluent in English with an excellent standard of written and spoken communication
\n\u2022Exceptional critical thinking skills
\n\u2022Experience in fast paced contact centre advantageous
\n\u2022Flexibility, strong organisational skills, communication skills and professionalism
\n\u2022Competent user of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
