Specification<\/strong>
\nInternational & Travel Reservations Consultant – Ref # 04\/07<\/p>\n

Facilitate International exchange bookings, local and international travel services (such as flights, hotel bookings and car hire), relevant to the Group\u2019s business requirements, as well as attend to other customer \u201clifestyle\u201d queries ensuring that delivery is efficient and service oriented.<\/p>\n

Key Performance Areas:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Manage all international exchanges and travel related requests, both verbal and written, with minimal supervision.
\n\u2022 Use various flight booking platforms, including Galileo, to ensure best flight options for external and internal clients is booked\/quoted.
\n\u2022 Adopt a service-orientated approach when assisting with travel requests, in compliance with agreed service delivery standards.
\n\u2022 Manage inbound calls, and ensure that Call Centre performance standards are maintained.
\n\u2022 Provide accurate daily, weekly & monthly management reports within required deadlines.
\n\u2022 Make recommendations to management to enhance the current travel services offer (where applicable).
\n\u2022 Provide after-hours travel support, when required.<\/p>\n

Position Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Galileo certification (or attend required training)
\n\u2022 Matric
\n\u2022 Current Travel Experience and a Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, in a travel services environment
\n\u2022 Highly computer literate<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
\n\u2022 Strong attention to detail
\n\u2022 Self-motivated
\n\u2022 Ability to work under extreme pressure
\n\u2022 Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously
\n\u2022 Good administrative and planning skills
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
\n\u2022 Commitment to delivering service that exceeds our customer\u2019s expectations.<\/p>\n

The successful candidate will be required to work shifts, including Saturdays.<\/p>\n
