Programme management forms a vital part of Valcare\u2019s operations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Programme Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>Cape Winelands<br \/>\n<strong>Employment type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n<p>who will be responsible for the overall development, expansion, integration and implementation of Valcare\u2019s\u00a0programme strategy in the<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implementation and management of programmes strategy in line with Valcare\u2019s aims and objectives, including, identification and prioritisation of needs and social investment opportunities; management and allocation of resources and; activation, facilitation and maintenance of coordinated efforts and strategic interventions with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and maintain systems, structures and procedures to ensure efficient and effective achievement of programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and support Valcare Network activities and programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Train and build capacity where needed within the Valcare Network<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain internal Project Management systems and policies<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with Monitoring and Evaluation processes<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the compilation of reports<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the budget development process and maintain a high level of fiscal responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Primary: Programme leadership and management, strategic thinking and conceptualization of community development processes, presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Secondary: Multi sector engagement, research and policy review capabilities.
