\n1. Strategic and operational plans

\n7. Drafting of legal documents
\n8. Budgetary and cost control

\nMinimum Qualification\/ Knowledge and\/or
\nExperience<\/p>\n
\n\u2022At least 5 years\u2019 relevant experience with regard to legal services in Higher Education
\n\u2022An admitted attorney with right of appearance in the High Court<\/p>\n
\n\u2022An applicable Ph. D degree
\n\u2022At least 10 years\u2019 relevant experience with regard to legal services in Higher Education<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Candidates will be recruited and appointed in accordance with the Employment Equity and Affirmative Action Programmes of the Central University of Technology, Free State.
