Since our inception in 2008, Educor has evolved into an education giant offering face-to-face, distance and online learning.<\/p>\n

Our face to face brands include Damelin, CityVarsity, ICESA and Central Technical College. Distance brands include INTEC College, Damelin Correspondence College (DCC) and our higher-education distance brand, Lyceum.<\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Drive online projects and support key internal stakeholders
\n\u2022Working on multiple online related projects for online
\n\u2022Work with Subject Matter Experts on delivering course content for online course material
\n2.Instructional Design\/ Learning Design\/ Story Boarding
\n\u2022Apply tested Instructional and Learning Design theories, practice and methods to inform the storyboarding process
\n\u2022Assist with providing exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
\n\u2022Assist in the creation of supporting material
\n3.Review and support of the LMS
\n\u2022Proof reading and course testing
\n\u2022Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer
\n\u2022Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
\n4.Identify target audience\u2019s training needs
\n\u2022Assist with providing exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
\n\u2022Assist in the creation of supporting material
\n5.Research
\n\u2022Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and content
\n\u2022Conduct research on online courses
\n6.Administration
\n\u2022Check course content is received timeously<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.Proven portfolio of taking courses and degrees online
\n2.Experience in storyboarding for online courses
\n3.Extensive understanding of learning practices and theories
\n4.Knowledge instructional design models for Higher Education
\n5.Lesson and curriculum planning skills
\n6.Knowledge of course development software (preferably Articulate 360, especially Rise)
\n7.Knowledge of online systems
\n8.Ability to write copy\/instructional text
\n9.Copy, fact and accuracy checking skills<\/p>\n
