Through a combination of interventions, we on average, assist between 16 000 to 20 000 beneficiaries a year. GBT core focus is to remove the obstacles and barriers that prevent children from finding their light and helping them to Shine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Regional Fundraising Branch Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>South Africa<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years + Management, Financial Management, New and Current Business Development and Staff Management.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Ivory Database Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management and the ability to opportunistically take advantage of funding possibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Possess the skills to work with and motivate staff, along with the National Fundraising Manager, must be able to think strategically and practically to implement a comprehensive and results-oriented<\/li>\n<li>fundraising plan that includes traditional and innovative strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Education and Qualifications Required:\n<ul>\n<li>Matriculation<\/li>\n<li>Sales \/ Marketing \/ Fundraising Diploma or equivalent qualifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the Regional Fundraising Office<\/li>\n<li>Achieve results against set targets<\/li>\n<li>Networking\n<ul>\n<li>Engaging Regional Teams to identify Projects for Funding<\/li>\n<li>Building a stronger development team for our organization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Personality, Attribute and Abilities\n<ul>\n<li>Code 08 driver\u2019s licence, with own transport<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate \u2013 MS Office (Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint); Software Systems<\/li>\n<li>Outcome\u2019s driven individual able to lead and motivate staff members<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Target driven, results oriented and a good listener<\/li>\n<li>Good financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and admin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This full time position will suit a responsible person who is prepared to work according to the Girls and Boys Town South Africa values.\u00a0This position carries a competitive salary with incentive \/ bonus.
