\n\u2022Provide office support to the HR department and serve as a resource to Triton employees.
\n\u2022Provide support and guidance to HR Administrators.
\n\u2022Employee data management and accuracy.
\n\u2022Importing of all leave into VIP Sage People, and reconciliation and reporting thereof.
\n\u2022Administrating Time and Attendance system.
\n\u2022Processing HR documents, recruitment records and employee movements according to set deadlines.
\n\u2022Effective and efficient recruitment of candidates within Company standards and selection criteria.
\n\u2022Assist with interview process and pre-employment screening.
\n\u2022Ensure employee Induction is maintained and record keeping thereof.
\n\u2022Facilitating Labour and Council inspections.
\n\u2022Linking of Job grades and employee movements on VIP Sage People.
\n\u2022Maintain Employment Equity grades and movements on VIP Sage People.
\n\u2022Management of administration resources tasked with HR documentation and filing.
\n\u2022Custodian off data and information accuracy of HR and Employee documents.
\n\u2022Ensure all employee queries are addressed timeously.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Grade 12 matric certificate.
\n\u2022Minimum of 5 years\u2019 Hr experience within the Transport and Logistics Industry.
\n\u2022Comprehensive knowledge on the following:
\n-VIP Sage People (Payroll)
\n-Job Grading and linking
\n-NBCRFLI (Road Freight)
\n-MIBCO (Motor Industry)
\n-Employment Equity Reporting
\n\u2022Computer literacy.
\n\u2022Attention to detail.
\n\u2022Extensive knowledge of Leave processes and management thereof, up to reconciliation.
\n\u2022Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
\n\u2022Willing to work outside normal working hours as and when required.
\n\u2022General knowledge on South African Acts, which includes:
