 <\/p>\n

Role:<\/strong>
\n\u2022To lead the Human Resource function.
\n\u2022Manage HR processes and practices to support business needs.
\n\u2022Promote and create an engaged workforce.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Fluent in English.
\n\u2022 Grade 12.
\n\u2022 Skilled and qualified in relevant Human Resources\/Labour Relations practices.
\n\u2022 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; with 2 years experience in a managerial\/supervisory position.
\n\u2022 Valid Driver\u2019s License.
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n\u2022 Excellent people skills and a good team player.
\n\u2022 Must be a pro-active thinker.
\n\u2022 Must be passionate about developing people within the organization.
\n\u2022 Good administrative and computer skills.
\n\u2022 Willing to travel from time to time.
\n\u2022 Able to prioritise and work under pressure.<\/p>\n

Duties include but are not limited to:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Human resource planning, monitoring and evaluating.
\n\u2022 Recruitment.
\n\u2022 Talent management and skills development of all staff members.
\n\u2022 Job design\/Redesign including salary proposals, salary structures and job descriptions.
\n\u2022 Wellness programs.
\n\u2022 Performance management, enhancement and recommendations on improving client service.
\n\u2022 Maintain, verify and improve all Company procedures\/policies in all departments and for all job descriptions.
\n\u2022 Knowledge and implementation of Legislative requirements, including Employment Equity, Labour Relations & Skills Development.
\n\u2022 Health and safety management.<\/p>\n
