{"id":56854,"date":"2020-08-26T22:09:46","date_gmt":"2020-08-26T20:09:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/?p=56854"},"modified":"2020-08-26T22:28:19","modified_gmt":"2020-08-26T20:28:19","slug":"grow-great-recent-job-vacancy-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistsouthafrica.com\/grow-great-recent-job-vacancy-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Grow Great Recent Job Vacancy &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Based in Midrand, Grow Great, a campaign aimed at galvanizing South Africa towards a national commitment to zero stunting by 2030, is recruiting for an experienced Monitoring &amp; Evaluation (M&amp;E) professional to lead the campaign\u2019s monitoring and evaluation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Monitoring &amp; Evaluation Specialist <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> South Africa<\/p>\n<p><strong>The M&amp;E specialist will report to the Executive Director of the campaign and will be responsible for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring systems are in place to support the collection of timely and accurate data related to program implementation<\/li>\n<li>Quantitative &amp; qualitative analysis of data stemming from the campaign\u2019s programs<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring M&amp;E data is used to strengthen program implementation in real time<\/li>\n<li>Using data to ensure the initiative is on track to achieve its targets<\/li>\n<li>Regular packaging and dissemination of data related to stunting in South Africa<\/li>\n<li>Managing junior M&amp;E employees<\/li>\n<li>Managing external partners commissioned to evaluate the campaign\u2019s intervention\/s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The ability to be an active and collegial team player and demonstrate flexibility to provide support across the campaign\u2019s strategies is essential to success in this role.
