\nWe require a Demand Generation Specialist to use their skills and strategic knowledge to help IsoMetrix enter and succeed in new markets, advertise new products and generate leads. You will be responsible for creating and delivering demand and lead generation strategies and initiatives through multiple channels to help increase IsoMetrix\u2019s awareness and market share across target industries in the Americas.<\/p>\n
\nA Demand Generation Specialist is typically responsible for several aspects of marketing:
\n\u2022 Defining and segmenting prospective customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies
\n\u2022 Designing and fulfilling targeted marketing campaigns from cradle to grave
\n\u2022 Proactively working with teams (primarily sales and subject matter experts) to tailor lead generation and nurture campaigns in order to
\nensure goals are met
\n\u2022 Creating relevant content such as whitepapers, blogs, case studies and adverts
\n\u2022 Maintaining marketing databases and software to ensure leads can be acted on
\n\u2022 Using marketing automation software to deliver marketing campaigns, measure results and calculate return on investment
\n\u2022 Build and maintain a funnel to understand each stage of the customer lifecycle including awareness, purchase and advocacy.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing or business, Chartered Institute of Marketing qualification, or other related degree
\n\u2022 Experience with CRM and marketing automation software
\n\u2022 Experience measuring the effectiveness of lead and demand generation efforts at each level of the funnel
\n\u2022 Microsoft Excel
\n\u2022 Google Analytics<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably executing some of the same tasks to be managed in the role, such as content development
\nand campaign management
\n\u2022 Ideally have experience promoting B2B software AND\/OR environment, health and safety related services<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Goal-oriented
\n\u2022 Able to work under pressure
\n\u2022 Willingness to experiment
\n\u2022 Ability to adapt based on data
\n\u2022 Attention to detail
\n\u2022 Must have excellent communication skills, including writing<\/p>\n
