\nThis position will be responsible for the financial administration, incorporating tax compliance, reporting and payroll.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Monthly Salary Journal

\n\u2022Yearly and Mid-Yearly EMP501 Submission
\n\u2022Monthly UIF Declaration Submission
\n\u2022General Administrative duties
\n\u2022Maintaining of Fixed Asset Register in Excel
\n\u2022Co-Ordinate Yearly Independent Review
\n\u2022Renew Tax Clearance Certificate \u2013 Yearly
\n\u2022Complete and Submit WCA ROI – Yearly
\n\u2022Apply for Certificate of Good Standing with Department of (Labour)
\n\u2022Creating and maintaining of Personnel records for all regions
\n\u2022Co-ordinate payments of Co-Operation Agreements for all regions
\n\u2022Analysis and preparation of monthly sales recon<\/p>\n
\nBCom or equivalent relevant qualifications with 3 years\u2019 commercial experience.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Able to operate within a legislated environment.
\n\u2022Able to work in a team environment to ensure optimal delivery of services.
\n\u2022Must be hardworking and able to work independently, without daily supervision.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Half day position only (4 to 6 hours per day \/ 20 to 30 hours per week).
\n\u2022Candidates to be based in either Port Elizabeth or Johannesburg. Port Elizabeth candidates must be willing and able to work from home on a permanent basis.<\/p>\n
