Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Half Day)<\/strong>
\nLocation:<\/strong> Hazyview, Mpumalanga, South Africa

\nContract Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Key Performance Areas:<\/strong> Provide administrative support to the Resort Manager.
\nDuties will include general office administration, maintenance of income schedules, handling of cash including banking, petty cash control, procurement & control of supplies, processing of orders & invoices, minutes of meetings, general correspondence, preparation of reports, assistance with statutory requirements, liason with Head Office, Department heads and personnel, research tasks and the performance of general errands.<\/p>\n

Position Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Matric
\n\u2022 Computer literacy in Excel & Word
\n\u2022 Previous administrative\/accounting experience
\n\u2022 Good interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022 Ability to plan and organise
\n\u2022 Numerical proficiency essential as well as attention to detail and accuracy<\/p>\n

Person Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Ability to work under pressure
\n\u2022 Good communication skills
\n\u2022 Discretion, Confidentiality, Trustworthiness of highest importance
\n\u2022 Own transport & Drivers Licence essential
\n\u2022 Prepared to work shifts and on week-ends and public holidays if required<\/p>\n
