The DREAMS Provincial Manager (SAB) will supervise the DREAMS District Coordinators in their SAB responsibilities. S\/he will work under the supervision of the DREAMS Technical Advisor, in the FHI 360 Capacity Development and Support (CDS) DREAMS project.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibility Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training and Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with PEPFAR Partners and other provincial critical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Support District coordinators with planning and implementation of district-level activities<\/li>\n<li>Support review and modification of YouthPower mentoring toolkits, materials and job aids needed to develop the capacity of District Coordinators and AGYW Mentors.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Training of AGYW Mentors and Supervisors using the YouthPower Mentoring Toolkit Curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Provide Supportive supervision to District Coordinators<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for coordination of provincial implementation activities<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on progress, issues, challenges and local risk management<\/li>\n<li>Compile routine and ad hoc reports for Technical Advisor Social Asset Building<\/li>\n<li>Track, analyze and manage periodic target achievements and curricula rollout on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the data analyst and SI Officer on performance results analysis, visualization and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Undertake periodic data-driven program reviews and troubleshooting as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with SI Officer on closing of identified data irregularities and gaps<\/li>\n<li>Consolidate, analyze and share progress through routine trackers<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate, develop and maintain high quality program documents, e.g. trackers, work plans, agendas, minutes of meetings, training reports, etc<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate on-site support and technical assistance to review progress, learn best-practices, identify issues,<\/li>\n<li>challenges and strengthen program tracking and deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual narrative progress reports<\/li>\n<li>Undertake any other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications, Experience\/Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree or its international equivalent in social sciences, health, human development, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5-8 years\u2019 project management experience in coordination, implementation and monitoring of capacity building and training<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing, supervising, training and building the capacity of staff<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing QA\/QI Plans<\/li>\n<li>Ability to represent FHI 360 to donors, government officials and the NGO community<\/li>\n<li>High degree of proficiency in written and spoken English and other local languages including excellent presentation, training and report writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage work independently, set realistic priorities, and plan for the successful implementation of activities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and willingness to undertake additional responsibilities<\/li>\n<li>Well-developed computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Valid South African driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Eligibility to work in South Africa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Travel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40 -50% travel time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This job description summarizes the main duties of the job.
