The position will be based at the NDoH for the full duration of the programme.<\/p>\n<p>Motivated person who will ensure that administration and financial management of Covid-19 response is rendered, to ensure effective implementation of activities and accountability. The position will be based at the NDoH for the full duration of the programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An appropriate and recognized National Diploma or a Degree in Administration and Financial Management<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years related work experience in administration and management<\/li>\n<li>Working experience in donor driven administration and management especially in public health related space will be added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Working experience in a highly pressurised and challenging environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to correctly interpret &amp; apply PFMA policies and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate in MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive, willingness to travel nationally and available after working hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial management<\/li>\n<li>Financial reporting<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting<\/li>\n<li>Procurement services<\/li>\n<li>Drafting specifications<\/li>\n<li>Authorisations &amp; approvals<\/li>\n<li>Vendor management<\/li>\n<li>Human resource matters<\/li>\n<li>Leave management<\/li>\n<li>Administrative Services<\/li>\n<li>Prepare submissions &amp; manage correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly reporting<\/li>\n<li>Arranging and provision of secretariat services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please forward your request to <strong><a href=\"mailto:recruitment@nexia-sabt.co.za\">recruitment@nexia-sabt.co.za<\/a><\/strong> for the detailed job specification and application form.
