NACOSA is a non-profit networking organisation that brings communities together to tackle HIV and its impact on vulnerable people. We have a 19 year track record of working with donors, government and communities to strengthen community systems and turn the tide on HIV, AIDS and TB.<\/p>\n
We do this through mobilizing our network of over 1,900 organisations, promoting dialogue between government and affected people, building capacity with accredited training, mentoring and technical assistance and channeling resources to support service delivery on the ground, particularly for children and youth, key populations and women and girls.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022Supporting the remuneration and benefits processes (SAGE 300 People experience highly advantageous)
\n\u2022To provide support during the organizational design processes, and creating job descriptions
\n\u2022Guide and support the performance appraisal and review processes
\n\u2022General monthly time and attendance administration
\n\u2022Taking full ownership of the recruitment and selection process for certain positions
\n\u2022Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures and providing guidance to line-management in this regard
\n\u2022Assistance with Skills Development activities and the roll-out and record keeping of discretionary grants
\n\u2022Support during the process of statutory reports submission including COIDA, WSP\/ATR, etc.
\n\u2022Willing to assist with ad hoc day-to-day general administrative work in the Human Resource Department
\n\u2022Uphold and exemplify NACOSA, its vision, mission, values and objectives, etc.
\n\u2022Ensure adherence to HR NACOSA policies and procedures by providing advice and guidance in this regard<\/p>\n
\n\u2022Min 2-3 years\u2019 sound generalist experience Human Resource administration
\n\u2022Intermediate computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
\n\u2022Highly organized and structured approach to tasks
\n\u2022Good time management skills and ability to deliver according to deadline
\n\u2022Good written and verbal communication skills
\n\u2022Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n\u2022Willingness to go the extra mile
\n\u2022South African citizen
