\n\u2022Ensure that all stakeholder communication is accurate, timeous, professional and relevant

\n\u2022Quality assure personal lines underwriting processes against company processes and legislation
\n\u2022Adhere to quality assurance processes and procedures
\n\u2022Compile and provide quality assurance reports as required to various stakeholders
\n\u2022Feedback to the line manager on quality assurance results for the team as and when required
\n\u2022Daily feedback to underwriters on the quality assurance result(s)
\n\u2022Weekly and\/or monthly coaching with underwriters to improve performance
\n\u2022Regular feedback meetings with line manager and Learning and Development to discuss training needs
\n\u2022Report any suspected fraud, misrepresentation and\/or dishonesty<\/p>\n

\n\u20223 years\u2019 experience as a Personal Lines Underwriter
\n\u20222 years\u2019 experience in a Quality Assurance monitoring role<\/p>\n
