West, with a vision that all sex workers receive high quality treatment, care and support proving their quality of life and productivity, it even supporting the National Strategic Plan of South Africa in reducing HIV, STI and TB ensuring greater participation and involvement of targeted beneficiaries in community systems strengthening and reproductive health and rights services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Four (4) Professional Nurses<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Limpopo Province 2<\/strong> (Capricorn and Sekhukhune District), <strong>North West Province 1 <\/strong>(Bojanala District<strong>) <\/strong>and <strong>Gauteng Province 1<\/strong> (West Rand District) reporting to programme Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration with the SANC as a professional Nurse<\/li>\n<li>NimART certificates<\/li>\n<li>Dispensing Certificate<\/li>\n<li>HIV\/AIDS, STI and TB trained<\/li>\n<li>5 Years\u2019 Experience in nursing and<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years working within an NGO\u2019s organization\u2019s<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literacy certificate \/ diploma<\/li>\n<li>A Valid Driver\u2019s License C1<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role and responsibilities\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of outreach visits, ordering and control of stock<\/li>\n<li>Give health talks on STI, TB &amp; HCT prevention and Screening of HCT, TB and STI<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the optimal of assess, examine and diagnose patients clinical condition<\/li>\n<li>Work with Nurses and counselors to ensure high quality counseling is provided to clients<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the client\u2019s information is accurately collected, maintained and responsible for keeping confidential information of the clients and maintaining confidentiality at all time.<\/li>\n<li>Proper referrals for all clients tested positive and suspects cases for TB and STI<\/li>\n<li>Report writing, coordinating interaction with Primary Health Care clinics and the appropriate referral of patience.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing symptoms and conducting specific examinations or conducting tests and physical assessments<\/li>\n<li>Interpreting or seeking clarity from clinical supervisor on specific test results and providing clients with an explanation on treatment sequence according to protocol, policy and guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Making a Nursing diagnosis according to protocol and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Prescribing\/ administering the necessary medication\/drugs in required dosage to control infection in line with policy guideline<\/li>\n<li>Implementing and integrating policy and programmes relating to PHC \u2013 women\u2019s health, SRH, HTS, TB screening<\/li>\n<li>Consulting and managing HIV positive clients with opportunistic infection according to policy, protocol and guidelines \u2013 referring appropriately.<\/li>\n<li>Attending to Trauma and medical emergencies according to protocol, policies and Guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Attending to referrals from peer educators\u00a0and Attending to follow up ART clients<\/li>\n<li>Forming support group for key population clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes, Knowledge and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills specifically for report writing and project documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable skills and proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);<\/li>\n<li>Innovative and dynamic with sound analytical skills;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills with strong initiative and ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Be a matured and ethical individual with high personal standards of trustworthy, honesty and accountable<\/li>\n<li>Be able and willing to occasionally travel<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent report writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Have passion to
