Job Purpose:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Main responsibility is daily management of sales activities, productivity and measurement of daily performance of the Business Development Officers who operate in a 3rd party environment.
\n\u2022 This will include the implementation of tactical sales plans, setting sales targets, operational management, performance management and data management.<\/p>\n

Functions\/ Key Responsibilities

\nAchieve Monthly & Annual Sales Targets:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Accountability for sales volumes.
\n\u2022 Meeting sales targets as set by management.
\n\u2022 Daily sales activity management.
\n\u2022 Daily sales activity reporting.
\n\u2022 Continuous market research and analysis.
\n\u2022 Professional execution of negotiations.
\n\u2022 Comprehensive sales feedback and reporting to management.<\/p>\n

Operational Management:
\n<\/strong>\u2022 Ensure Nedbank compliance in all aspects.
\n\u2022 Implementation of marketing strategies.
\n\u2022 Problem solving and conflict resolution.<\/p>\n

Staff Management:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Motivation of team.
\n\u2022 On the job coaching and training.
\n\u2022 Performance management.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Relevant sales\/marketing degree\/diploma.
\n\u2022 At least 3 years experience in managing a sales team.
\n\u2022 Proven track record in sales.
\n\u2022 Own transport.
\n\u2022 Regional travel.<\/p>\n
