To help maintain and grow this standard, we\u2019re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a sharp business mind, proven marketing and sales ability and identifying what consumers want so we can create more. The ideal candidate will have extensive wool and mohair knowledge, solid marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of branding. He\/she will have the ability to lead strategically and interact with international clients on a regular basis. Additionally, the ideal candidate will display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the team.<\/p>\n

JOB FUNCTIONS:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Develop and plan new business in the wool value chain
\n\u2022Build and maintain relationships with clients
\n\u2022Management of the logistics process
\n\u2022Management of the administrative process<\/p>\n

Hard Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business or Agriculture
\n\u2022MBA would be advantageous
\n\u2022Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
\n\u2022Proven ability to plan and manage resources
\n\u2022Successful track record in sales and negotiation
\n\u2022Extensive experience of international business activities
\n\u2022At least ten years\u2019 experience in the wool industry
\n\u2022Excellent verbal and written communication skills
\n\u2022Networking skills
\n\u2022Excellent negotiating skills
\n\u2022Ability to adapt and respond to change<\/p>\n
