Job Description:
\n– Assemble and configuration of network components and associated services;
\n– Establish network users, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed;
\n– Set up and maintain basic network operations;
\n– Perform hardware and software maintenance duties;
\n– Troubleshoot and correct hardware\/ software computer and network problems;
\n– Offer technical support.<\/p>\n
Applicants Profile:
\n– Relevant educational background (Degree in Computer Science) or documented experience as IT Supporter;
\n– 1 to 2 years of preferred experience providing all round technical support to users;
\n– Must have thorough Windows\/MS Office knowledge;
\n– Must have thorough knowledge of PC hardware and software;
\n– Team player;
\n– Interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written);
\n– Windows OS expertise;
\n– Attention to detail;
\n– Fluent in English;
\n– South African Nationality.<\/p>\n
