Job Description:
\n– Responsible for complete Imports materials flow for day to day manufacturing needs;
\n– Maintain Supplier relations and vendor agreements;
\n– Set-up New Suppliers;
\n– Inventory Control;
\n– Maintain key Suppliers information;
\n– Metal-mechanic productive supply purchasing;
\n– Obtaining competitive prices;
\n– Supplier management to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and other requirements;
\n– Interacting with Suppliers to close the discrepancy reports and implement corrective actions;
\n– Cost avoidance and cost reduction using Value analysis techniques;
\n– Proactive planning and actions for smooth supply chain management;
\n– Identification and implementation of cost savings;
\n– Price and service negotiations.<\/p>\n
Applicants Profile:
\n– Degree in Business or Engineering;
\n– 2 – 4 years of experience in the job;
\n– Leadership, Negotiation, Planning and Control skills;
\n– Problem Analysis and Decision Making Capability;
\n– Indirect Purchasing in Industry Experience;
\n– Excellent communication and organizational skills;
\n– Team player;
\n– Computer skills;
\n– Proactivity;
\n– Residents or with South African Nationality.<\/p>\n
