Our client is an automotive industry multinational company. Following their growth strategy, they are looking for a Continuous Improvements Engineer to work in South Africa.<\/p>\n
Job Description:
\n– Recommend and implement improvements using modern management techniques;
\n– Analyze processes for efficiency gains and waste elimination;
\n– Implement new technology\/processes to drive continuous improvement;
\n– Support all plants in achieving their continuous improvement goals;
\n– Maintain tracking and reporting of projects;
\n– Lead change towards operational excellence, and assist in the continual improvement of the system, process and product;
\n– Demonstrate successful application of new methodologies.<\/p>\n
Applicants Profile:
\n– Bachelor\u2019s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
\n– Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Process Improvement;
\n– Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office;
\n– Good mechanical \/ technical skills;
\n– Training in problem solving methodologies;
\n– Excellent leadership abilities, organizational and communication skills;
\n– Analytical thinking.
\n– Residents or with South African Nationality.<\/p>\n
