We use local South African and international trainers to run dynamic experiential leadership courses and support coaching. Our courses are unique and include a mix of leading non-profit organisation leaders and participants from the business and public sectors.<\/p>\n<p>We believe we are at our strongest as individuals and a society when we value and embrace the power that diversity offers us. Many of the leaders we work with have developed deep cultures of trust within their own organisations, specifically by using the tools that we offer and living the values modelled in the courses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Trustee <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location: <\/strong>South Africa<\/p>\n<p>Potential trustees will be chosen in line with TTC\u2019s diversity requirements which include gender,\u00a0ethnicity, and background.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, individuals with an understanding and passion for any of the following: coaching, leadership training, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, psycho-social support, mental health resilience and communications are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\nPotential trustees must be passionate about making a difference in society and contributing positively towards the leadership and coaching sectors. In addition, someone with a legal background would be an advantage.<br \/>\nExperience required in at least one of the areas listed below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand the coaching and\/or leadership training business sector in South Africa<\/li>\n<li>Income generation growth strategies for a social enterprise<\/li>\n<li>Psycho-social support governance experience<\/li>\n<li>NGO fundraising (e.g. from individuals, businesses, corporate or other)<\/li>\n<li>BBEEE scorecard growth opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Communications and marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to network and advocate on behalf of The Trust Connection<\/li>\n<li>Strategic planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Risk management skills<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expectations of Trustees:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Attend at minimum of three Board meetings a year<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the organisation\u2019s strategic review and planning sessions (once every year)<\/li>\n<li>Assist in fundraising for TTC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>short motivation letter (1 page)<\/li>\n<li>2 references<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested applicants are invited to submit Expressions of Interest to the Director of TTC, email<strong> <a href=\"mailto:info@charlesainslie.org\">info@charlesainslie.org<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Wednesday, 18 November, 2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong><br \/>\nTrustees serve on TTC Board voluntarily.
